GiDGiT Shipping

All items are available for delivery within the UK, Europe, USA and Canada using the shipping options below unless otherwise stated.

The shipping cost is calculated using the total order weight as per the Shipping Options / Costs matrix below.

In order to get an accurate shipping cost (p&p) for your order, simply add your items to the shopping basket, then select your delivery option from the drop down menu located within the shopping basket. The total shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed.

The total shipping amount is made up of the actual postage costs incurred and the packaging costs combined.

* International Shipping: We cannot send items weighing more than 2Kg outside the UK, where an item is too large / delicate to send outside the UK we will inform you by email and may cancel you order with a full refund if no other shipping method is possible. All international packages are subject to local customs and import duties. All international packages are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

Please Note:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. At times we may be waiting for stock to arrive, and your order may take up to a maximum of 10 working days to dispatch. We will email you with the option to cancel if this is likely to be longer. On the very rare occasion due to circumstances outside of our control we may not be able to send out your order within this time frame therefore please allow up to 21 days for delivery. You will be notified if this is the case. If your order is urgent please contact us for a dispatch timescale for the items you have requested.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on GiDGiT.co.uk but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact us by email or telephone and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-3 days but in line with Royal Mail published guidelines, you must allow 15 working days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us if you have not received your parcel after we have sent you a dispatch notice. You should always check with your local delivery office to ensure they are not holding your parcel before contacting us. Items that are lost in the post will be investigated by us submitting a claim to Royal Mail. If you parcel does not arrive we will refund or resend the parcel only after Royal Mail have completed their investigations. Recorded mail cannot be tracked until it has been signed for by you. Although we will have sent you a recorded reference number in your dispatch notification email which you can use if you need to contact your local delivery office. Items that are sent via courier will have tracking numbers. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 days (10 days for International orders) of us sending you your dispatch notice, please contact us immediately so we can trace your items.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Deliveries can only be made to your billing address. This is in order to combat any fraudulent purchases.

In order to maintain the lowest environmental impact we have made steps to use only ECO Friendly packaging wherever possible. Just some of the products we use include:
