I ordered a Steam Spa appox mid June, product was fab….until approx end of June the unit started going awol and malfunctioning. I contacted customer services via email at Gidgit, where I have been dealing with Mr Mark Senior….what can I say…he has been very efficient with dealing and organizing the replacement Steam Spa for me and has kept me informed throughout. He has been very helpful and it didn’t take very long for the replacement to arrive either. I have always purchased products online and I can’t remember the last time I had this service, friendly, quick and efficient. This is the very 1st time I have ordered from your website…I did compare the product to other sellers…however I found yours to be the best value for money and not forgetting the fab customer service I had received throughout.
